Guys if you have beef with a company , just name them and get it over with, there's no point in being a coward on an anonymous platform.
To add, you might fearful that they will sue you, trust me it's not that easy to take on an employee in the labour court , labour laws are in your favor fortunately in this country, companies take advantage because we don't have the habit of sueing people in this country,
If you had a bad experience with a company start naming people and the company but make sure you have proof.
Be brave, don't live in fear.
I get so pissed when people after being abused at work chicken out and not do anything about me. You not only make it worse for yourself but continue the cycle for the next person.

Easier said than done. I'm afraid people would find me. I don't even share the offers I got because it would be so easy for the org HRs to figure it. Don't know why but I'm not comfortable with people figuring me out in an anonymous platform. I don't do things I won't do if I have to reveal my name.
