Trending @HCL; Guys If you are still waiting for offer letter (hahaha)

See reason for my title is, this offer letter is a cycle which will never be in your favor.

Who an I saying this? 5 years into the company received 4 R1 Ratings consecutively, was party of all types of award certification blah blah 02 awards 2good award and what not

Each cycle I wad promised retention bonus and no increase Last year my retention bonus was 10k for a year paid quarterly of 2.5K

I dropped my papers in October and my manager said I was lucky to have in my team most of the folks like you will drop papers in couple of years.

You might think why hcl should give hike to me? With all the efforts throughout I was able to bring in ~12 clients summing upto 4million in revenue.

And joined HCL at ctc of 2.2 Lakh now after all this my current ctc was 4.08 lpa.

I was also waiting for the letters in a hope this time they will recognize. Realised now that you are alone in your journey if your situation allows leave HCL ASAP and come out of your comfort zone else crib about your appraisal and compensation.

Late Realised but will remember this forever. Requesting you all if you are thinking to drop your papers please drop learn new skills explore opportunities and enjoy life
