Guys I got an offer from Accenture company which is offered 6.3 lpa fixed and 1.3 lpa as variable. please confirm how much will get monthly

How many years of experience and which role? You can negotiate more

I would advise you to get more offers and increase it even more.

Probably somewhere around 45k, at the least 40k .
