Trending @Wipro; Guys I got a reminder 1 in December 01st week for not attending office 3 days a week.I am serving notice period.Will it cause any issue?
I am on notice period and did not get any reminder yet. What to do in this case? Meanwhile I am going to office 1-2 days per week since December 1st week
Ideally you should go thrice a week. But if you are not getting the reminders then you can enjoy the leverage.
My manager has already applied the leave
As per the latest policy they will deduct 1 leave for every week where you haven't gone to the office thrice a week. If you have enough leaves you can let that happen. Unless you plan to encash those leaves in FNF. In case you do not have sufficient leave balance then you salary for those many days will be deducted in the FNF.
May I please know is it applicable after 3rd warning?
You never know what they can come back with. So better to attend ofc.
