Guys I am confused.I have an higher CTC from cognizant for data centre ACI but I want to join NTT data for Bank of India ACI. Please suggest

Avoid joining Cognizant .. poor client management, pulling projects with unrealistic target, less projects, project retention is poor, only selected clients are continuing others are trying and leave..

Money matters. Join higher pay package. Remaining things doesn't matter
