As a fresher what range of CTC I can expect for data analyst jobs ?

How's the pay for analysts in banks like Citi, HSBC, IDFC etc?

My "assumption" is they have a better work life balance compared to start-ups (I work in one - CTC being 28lpa - almost 4 YOE).
