I'm an intern facing challenges with my team lead/senior. Despite my efforts, they seem to focus on proving me wrong, even when I'm right. I'm struggling to navigate this situation without appearing to complain about my seniors. Has anyone else experienced something similar? How did you handle it and maintain a professional relationship with your manager?
Also I've been asking my performance manager for a quick discussion regarding this issue, these many days she was busy but now she appeared right in the office and I don't know what to say at the moment.
I know it's Monday morning for you guys but please help me with how do I approach thus situation, how do I share my experiences and challenges with my PM without looking like bitch😭😭
