A lot of people are raising grievances as they are not happy or unfairly compensated in this appraisal, apparently this causes an investigation and your cases is looked into, go and raise your grievances as soon as the tool is back up, make your manager and pl justify your %. Ask questions and corner them, make them sweat

The PL/manager would simply say that efforts not meeting the expectations to provide that hike/promotions And after knowing this move, they can target you and make

I am eagerly waiting for them to call me now as i have the list of people who were promoted too, I am ready for that talk like i am going to war, yet calm and collected, trick is to not loose the cool but corner them to an extent that they sweat( atleast a little)

PS: this may not get you the % but your manager / PL will remember you the next time they try to do injustice

What if my manager just released me to another client altogether in the month of march.. should i still raise grievance as its a new manager for me from next cycle onwards..

No, unless you were up for a promotion, in that case raise it and add your PL and tag his name on the grievance

Yes i was up for a promotion in dec 2024 but that dint happen and she promised to give promotion in June 2025 but released immediately in march 2025.. literally in the same role for past 4yrs without promo..

Please raise as much as you can because nowadays they are hiring fake people Andra and giving them superb support from one experience Person who is supporting till the end but only fake people are getting hikes and experienced people would be suffering 😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
