I'm a 2 year experience Java developer who has knowledge on Java all features that's really hard breaking. they are just going for internal hirings their personal reference. i requested around 700+ managers in this past few days but none of them help me please help me guy's

Im going through the same situation in a month 2 years will be completed and no project yet … there are no opportunities in cognizant

I was going through same situation but nearly at the end of my ageing I got one project due to recommendation. But most of my friends weren’t that lucky.
So I would suggest start applying outside and try to connect with project managers maybe they can help
