Guys any who resigned and got early release what did you do ?

Hi to get early release from what I have experienced with a colleague of mine it is not at all easy.
Our manager is a gem of a human so things went fine. The colleague I am referring to had to join for Masters and she wanted early release.
She and our manager had to fight alot with the HR side and other seniors along with asking for help from our managers manager as well.
It isn't easy but it is possible. However, downside is they will reduce the settlement amount after negotiation. This is tricky cause if you want everything and an early release you need really good backing from managers. Given the current situation they may agree to early release but will decrease from settlement if you dont go with strong backing.
However, all things considered its best to get out of the hell hole once you have decided and consider what is lost a small token for better opportunities.

Your questions are confusing! Why someone will provide you compensation for you leaving early I did resign and got early release on Medical Ground
