Yeah chances are slim this year. Nobody is willing to take it up. They all scared and focused on saving their own asses. They feel asking for our promotions will put them on exit radar.
So mostly it will take quiet some time to occur.

Thanks but I have been waiting for almost an year for this.. everytime some random reason. I was the only one left in the project without promotion.
