Guys any-idea what is the rationale behind the fluidity list? How the f**k it’s getting prepared,genuine employees are being targeted.

As per my view,Fluidity list feels like —once you enter no assignments come your way, and after 35 days, they just send you a ‘see you later, Tata’ message. Truly an impressive way to vanish talent!”

Echoing your statement, people used to call it’s a Gov type organisation for which the current management couldn’t digest it.

Not 35. 7 days. It is a danger zone. Will know in another 2 weeks how long they will wait for allocation

Fluidity list is made by managers means ultimatix supervisors. If they feel that you are not the fit for the role on which currently you are deployed then they will share your name in that list. Later based on different factors like ctc exp skills bands billable or non billable, billable and cost ratio RMG and HR releasing from the project.

I believe TCS may be preparing for silent layoffs to Senior employee with high PKG under the fluidity plan. It’s possible that if those associates are moved to the bench, they may not be assigned to a new project within 35 days (new bench policy), which could eventually lead to their layoff. Also management assigning tasks to Lead, such as tracking reportees' leave, shift hours, punctuality, work ETAs, and setting goals that may be difficult to achieve

Today , again one mire resource approached me from the different unit for the help his name has come in the fluidity list, he is C3B and I found the guy conceptually very sound. The most strange part I found that he is having 8 consecutive A bands and one B in last 9 years. Seriously this organisation doesn’t deserves hardworking and good people, this was not the same TCS once we’re proud for being part of one of the India’s largest conglomerates.

There is a fluidity policy or guideline published in the HR Hub please refer to that along with deployment policy for details of criteria and terms etc.

TCS is on the verge of removing all employees with 5+ years tenurity with in the organisation. All expertise have been gained. Now it is time to get this rolled with the freshers and again throw them out after they reach a predefined package. Similiar to use and throw. 🙂
