Guys any body have update on C2 to C3A promotions

Yes, Good to not have this year!

As per HR Unit head: No promotions until December that's for sure. After that they will decide based on business performance and conditions so it's kinda 50-50 after that.

I would suggest not to take C3A promotion. Most of the promotion hike is put in Variable pay and they give only 50% of variable pay

Chances are to be in November
