North Indian here :
I lived in Hyderabad and I lived in Gurgaon. I'll write some points below.

  1. Rent : same as Hyderabad
  2. Electricity bill : higher in Gurgaon because of extreme weather.
  3. Work culture : better in Hyderabad
  4. Career growth : better in Hyderabad
  5. Drainage system: one rain and Gurgaon is a river
  6. Pollution :
