Gurugram Guys, Hi!

Im working in EY. Currently working from home, my office is in Gurugram. Im suffering from hypothyroidism and fatty liver grade 2-3. Will the pollution and office stress play a toll on me when i stay in Gurgaon? What steps can i take and what can i eat if i dont know cooking? Is there anyone in the same boat and single like me who is suffering with the same health issues? Any guidance for me?
