Trending @Capgemini; Guidewire Incentives FSBU

I have been working as a guidewire developer for more than 18 months.I got my first guidewire project on September 2021. I think there is a policy in FSBU that if a resource is billable in a project , he/she will be eligible for guidewire Incentives . I have asked my reporting manager and he doesn't have any update. I was eligible from last year. FSBU has been blocking this Incentives from the past 6-7 months. Most of my colleagues has also resigned due to this. Now I have started thinking of resigning since the Incentives we were supposed to get from last month is being hold up from the last 6-7 months.
