I am working in a central govt cement factory located at hyderabad. Past 15 years working in a cement division. Today we are facing a great problem and struggle to despatch the cement bags to market due to few people's bad involvement try to stop the work without any reason. They creating us a huge financial loss to the company by stopping the despatch of cement to the market.

Our brand cement is badly required in the market. There is a huge demand at construction, building, rail and road sector. In this we are facing who deliberately does the criminal works to stop the work and there is involvement of politics who supports few people to make financial loss tocompany. In this regard what shall I do to support our team to make the despatch smooth.
