They wont easily give release. They have been a junior in the past , they have seen many subordinates in the past. They know how system works in TCS.

It is a long process. You need to have patience. At least a year. Send mail on each quarter and forget about band and rating. After some months, create noise and loop in Hr. Work wise just do whatever getting and try to prolong it on delivery end
