Guide regarding masters in CS from abroad.

Hi folks,

Any help regarding the standard procedure from preparation to path, roadmap and FAQ's regarding journey to study masters in computer science from abroad after btech from tier 3 engineering college of india would be appreciated ? Please guide whatever is possible from your side. Also, wanted to know an average package vs cost of living after completing masters.
