Guide me to reject offer
About me: I am an engineering fresher, graduated in 2024. I have been learning about Product Management. Completed 8 months of Product internship at 2 different companies (6+2). Currently working as PM Intern at a FinTech startup.
1 month here, and I have started getting hang of it. I believe this could get converted to a full time role.
I received a full time offer from ZS (date of joining February). To be on a safer side, I have accepted the offer.
Ho to reject ZS offer if my current company offer me an FTE role in my desired role? Would there be any legal complications?

Just don't turn up. That's how you reject the offer.
There is no legal complication here.
And your are assuming that the professional world is very professional in behaviour. It's usually not. It not worth thinking so much. Don't like, dont turn up. That's all.
Those fuckers won't be polite when they fire you.

No legal complication. You may inform them after getting confirmed offer and after joining in your desired company.
