Guide me if you can 🙏

I’m currently btech (AIML) 3rd yr student from tier 3 college. Looking at the competitive and job scenario in the field it really feels demotivated sometimes, because I have seen people working hard and still begging for job or getting outfield. I was thinking to “prepare for CAT and if somehow things turned in favour I’ll get into MBA and if not then I won’t be joining any low tier MBA college” now please guide me I have no interest in MBA my only interest is to end up working hard also I have no interest to leave IT field, I just want to give myself more chance. Please guide me what should I do 🙏
