If you still want to be a part of IT, you can become a software tester, but now since there are many companies who want candidates that has a knowledge of Automation Testing as well. For Automation Testing you should know atleast one programming language either Java or Python, to understand tools like Selenium which is widely used . As you mentioned you are a Software Developer so it will be easy for you to understand ,also Testers don't have to code much like Developers . There are other roles as well, who don't need coding like Business Analyst. You can take help from an expert or can Google . I hope anyone here from grapevine can also give you more options. However, if you want to leave the Tech world forever, I'd like to suggest you please go for your passion or you can become an entrepreneur, educator, life skill coach anything that you find interesting.
