Guide me

7yrs in TCS currently at 7.4LPA. Joined in 2017 in a telecom project as technical support, in 2022 switched my profile to a more technical designing part (Microwave planning) in the same project. Now I'll be on the bench from July and looking at trends in Microwave planning I don't see much future in it. Please suggest, should I stick to Microwave planning or change the domain (please recommend options if possible) within TCS and then switch to another organisation with new skills?
