Trending @Capgemini; Guidance to switch

Hi, I completed 2 years in Capgemini but no projects no hikes nothing. Recently I got a project but not much work in that. If I wanted to switch now by learning some good course will the other company recruit me as a fresher or experience?? Is it good to switch now?? And also which course is better to learn if I wanted to switch and where to learn it. I am from .Net background.
