Guidance Required on Night Shift Allowance for March

Hi All,

I hope you’re doing well. I need some guidance regarding the night shift allowance for the month of March.

I was assigned night shifts for the entire month of March in my previous project. However, that project has now transitioned to another tech company, and I was officially released on April 20. I have since been assigned to a new project.

In my April salary, I noticed that the night shift allowance for March has not been credited. I would like to know if I should raise a ticket on Ultimatix for this issue. Since my previous project is closed and I’ve moved to a new one, I’m unsure whether the approval will still be possible and what the process would be in this case.

Would appreciate your advice on how to proceed.
