Guidance required

Hi people of community Software engineer this side Short story , 2021 paas out joined Accenture their had package if 4.5 lap did 1 year of work there layoff , did not get job for 9 months straight 7 months then joined a startup for 3 LPA this 2023 , currently working here at 4.41 lpa , now when I trying to switch some hr say why package is low , you are working of 3 years , why are you asking too much , we can only give max 30% hike , how can I get a better package like 9 lpa , any suggestion will be helpful tech stack - mern stack , also knowledge of spring and java env
