Trending @Accenture; Guidance regarding skill change
I just got rolled off from the project, I asked for it as it was getting really hectic and I have no prior developmnt experience. I want to switch to SAP functional roles where there is not much code to do. Can someone suggest how to change my skill and get a project in my desired skill as I am getting project calls for my current skill which I am facing challenges in..once I am tagged , it will be the same story again..joined after a long break and upskilled on my current skill recently..and the 1st project exp in accenture in that skill convinced me that its very difficult to work independently if I dont get any support..plus coding i am not very interested in, else would hv learn by now to survive.
Switch to SAP functional roles immediately. Coding not for everyone. Talk to your manager and HR for skill change.
Have already spoken to them, thats y got rolled off..but the issue is primary skill is still the old one and HR is asking me to loop in my supervisor but they said we will not be your supervisor in the future, so doesnt make sense to loop us...but new supervisor will come into picture only if i get tagged but projct calls i m getting for my existing skill.
You can change your skill by giving test on mycompetency portal
