Guidance on wings1🥺

I am new to TCS got my conformation letter few weeks back, now I have to prepare for Wings1. But i cant find any resource, page or course which would provide me with path on how to proceed.

FYI I am a Product Engineer/Java Developer, can someone please help me with this will be grateful☺️
