Guidance on TCS Separation/Resignation Process
Hi everyone,
I resigned in the first week of December 2024 and got confirmation that the separation process has been initiated. However, since then, I haven’t received any communication from HR—no emails or calls—even though I’m currently on the bench.
Is this normal? Will HR contact me to discuss the reason for my resignation, or might they not connect at all? Also, what are the next steps after receiving the separation initiation email?
Would appreciate your thoughts!
Generally they connect in first month of notice period for retention. If not they dont care.
If separation is already raised in system. . Just relax and look for other opportunities, you will get a resignation acceptance mail 1 month prior or your LWD.
