Guidance on Salary Expectations for HR Interview at Global Logic

I am currently at IBM with 4.5 years of experience in Java, and my current package is 11 LPA fixed. I have an offer from Capgemini for 14.5 LPA fixed, and tomorrow I have an HR discussion with Global Logic. How much CTC should I ask for?

Ask at least 16 fixed. Lie to global logic -tell them that you really like the project that Capgemini is offering and you'd have to be offered a really good sum to leave that
