Trending @Accenture; Guidance on Project release

I was in an internal project but am feeling like not able to perform well or meet expectations.Also they assigned me a task which I'm unable to accomplish as they didn't give any KT session they say it's just an easy task so do it.What is the best course of action you would take if you are in my position?
