Take what u get and stay employed... Recruiters are much more open to hiring people who already have a job.... It sucks for people but that's the way the world works

Hey.. in continuation of this So, I was laid off and joined a company with 25% base pay cut
I am still looking and applying for jobs outside my work hour. I got a call from recruiter and he asked for reasons for this much pay cut. Is it bad? Will it affect my compensation in future?
