
Trending @Wipro; Guidance on how release from a project usually happens
Guys ,
I need suggestions from people who are seniors in wipro like tech leads or managers. I just wanna understand usually on what basis are employees released from projects in wipro( I'm talking about they releasing us , not we voluntary seeking release)
If its ramp down , is it usually done on performance basis. And does manager take opinion from tech leads etc before taking such decisions
Just wanna know the generic process

Thanks for your reply. What if you have all these above qualities yet your tech leads aren't happy with you and try to play some cheap politics. Do managers take their feedback as well ? And do they see the metrics before arriving are such conclusions, metrics as in the jira board , efforts spent etc

You should project yourself and create visibility with the client and your manager by consistently sharing updates in meetings and communicating your contributions to Wipro
