Guidance on dual employment

Dear fellow TCSers, I’m working since last 1.5 years in Tcs and since the last salary I’m having too much of deductions… and thus I’ve decided to take up part time job at another place.. Please guide me how to go around this situation since dual employment is not allowed in TCS.. what can be done to not get caught.
