Guidance Needed on Sabbatical Leave and Post-Masters Rejoining

Hi Everyone,

I have been working in TCS for 3 years. Two months ago, I was released from my previous project, and 10 days back, I was allocated to a new one. Currently, I am planning to pursue a master’s degree in the UK and would like to apply for a sabbatical leave for this purpose.

I have a few queries:

What is the procedure for applying for sabbatical leave for higher studies? After completing my 2-year master’s program, will my salary be revised based on my higher qualifications? Is it possible to rejoin TCS in the UK after completing my master’s? If yes, what is the procedure for the same? I would appreciate your guidance and insights on this matter.
