Guidance needed on job switch

So folks, I am a Data engineer switching jobs and I have 2 offers at the moment.

Offer 1: 50 LPA Bigger brand Getting an opportunity to build a new team from scratch But tech stack is oracle and Toad :( Mix reviews on work culture, but mostly good.

Offer 2: 40 LPA Smaller brand Senior Data engineer but mostly IC ( which I am totally fine with) Tech stack is latest : Aws spark etc. Chill work culture

I still have time to negotiate with the offer 2 to match with offer 1.. but just to understand with what I have currently, which option is better? please share your thoughts!
