
Guidance Needed - Offer from another company after joining new role
Hi all,
I recently joined a new company on 7th July. However, I received a call today from another company (Company B), informing me that they have released an offer and would like me to join by 28th July. This new offer includes a 50% higher CTC than my current package. That said, I am currently in the probation period at my present company, where the policy mandates a one-month notice period even during probation. I am feeling quite anxious and unsure about what to do. I have a few key concerns:

If I resign within just 2–3 weeks of joining my current organization, will it impact my EPF account or create any legal/financial issues?

What would be the best course of action in this situation, considering long-term career and financial growth?
I would really appreciate your guidance or suggestions on how to handle this transition professionally and wisely.
