Guidance needed from HR regarding appraisal process
Hello,
I have a question and would appreciate guidance from the HR department. If an employee changes projects due to project closure, and the new project assigns then a default rating below "A," despite the employee having consistently demonstrated outstanding performance and maintaining records to support this, what is the standard procedure in such cases? Is there any policy or process in TCS to review or verify appraisal ratings under these circumstances? If so, kindly share the relevant policy document, link, or procedure name so I can explore options to ensure the appraisal accurately reflects the employee's overall performance.

How can you expect any answers from mórón department, they are not to help anyone, they are for torturing and frustrating employees in this org

I understand your concerned brother. While I do not have high expectations and do not wish to disappoint, I will make every effort to achieve an appropriate score for my work. If that proves unattainable, I will accept the situation and move on. However, I hope there are real HR personnel available at TCS who really work on behalf of human resources to maintain equilibrium with organization, as I am reaching out with a genuine inquiry.

In same boat, dec ramp down.. A band gone case , B band is expected atleast.
