Guidance needed

Hey GV Community,

I’m working as a backend SDE-II (Java), but honestly, the pay just doesn’t feel worth it given the hours I’m putting in—12+ hours a day, weekends included. I know there are companies out there offering way better compensation for similar roles, so I’m thinking of switching.

The only catch? I’ve kinda forgotten a lot of the basics, like DSA and other interview fundamentals. If anyone’s got a solid roadmap to get back on track and prep for senior SDE roles at top tech companies, I’d really appreciate it!
