Guidance for switch

Hi, i am having base pay as 482000, i have around 2year experience and i work in sap abap after switch how much i can expect as base pay or in hand.

You ans will be greatly appreciated!

Depends on your skill set and company you're going to. My friend was in NTT and had almost the same salary. He's in a good PBC now and his CTC is around 40-45 including stocks, base and variable.

But usually based on previous package only will get new package? What could be a other case?

U might have a 2-3 month notice period. Try getting multiple offers in it. Once you get an offer, try getting more than that in the next offer. Also good PBCs don't see your last salary because they have to give a salary in a specific range.
