I received an email confirming my selection for the Stellantis account. At the same time, a manager from the Farmers account, confirmed that I was selected for Farmers as well and am just waiting for client-side profile confirmation.

However, I didn’t get the Farmers interview through the usual nomination process—a well-connected manager pushed my profile, which helped me get the interview call Now, I’m not sure which account would be the better choice as a fresher who completed training just two months ago (2024 pass-out).

I got the profile selection for stellantis through mail from RMG, but a noteworthy point is that the level of difficulty for stellantis interview is too easy (some basic java questions) when compared to farmers.

If anyone is familiar with both accounts, I’d appreciate guidance on which one offers better growth, and work environment.
