Guidance - Data Engineer

Hello ladies and gentlemen, I am an Azure Data Engineer with almost 2 YOE in Deloitte. I am good with SQL and Python and Hands-on experience on MS Fabric Stack.

I am looking to switch since I am underpaid.

Need some guidance on how to prepare for interviews, how and where to look for opportunities, what to expect and how to negotiate.

Since this is my first switch in my career I am unaware of how to start. Any help is appreciated.
