I have an old friend who started his company in August last year in drone industry. He is asking me now if I could join as Business operations head at the same pay I am currently getting at unacademy. He is promising to give a raise and ESOP's in 6 months as well. Currently has 1 CR as active cash balance and few investments coming up within few weeks. Should I join?
