Im a new mba joinee as associate consultant in D&C bfsi. Im a fresher and joined on 3rd june. People told me 3 months of training and ups-killing is common before u start getting projects. What should i be doing right now? Should i wait for my L1 to give a project or how to look on my own? If i get any mail to provide details being in free pool, do i need to discuss with L1 or what?
