Hi all,
I have been in the organisation for close to 4 months now. And leadership, N+1 is honestly not communicative. I myself as soon as I got in have set up a monthly one on one connect. Have gone through on but this manager rather speaks about his work load and how busy he is than being attentive. What are some tips that you guys follow to ensure growth, knowledge wise and financially as well?
