Growth VC now or later
Hi First post so apologies if I sound a little naive. So, I work at one of the MBB post MBA from one of the IIMs. Have worked for 3+ years before MBA too. It’s been only a while I’ve started working post MBA and I have an offer discussion with one of the Tier 2 Growth VC fund. Do you think I should go for it or wait for a better opportunity at a larger fund.

How much time has it been at MBB for you? If the fund is paying you at least 20% above MBB, it's worth the switch.
Also - if you liked your discussions and if the fund has enough firepower and investing consistently. Investing can be a good switch
