Growth or Category or Product?
I have to make this choice in a B2C internet company. In terms of salary growth, and personal growth, which of the following should I select? Feel free to answer subjectively depending on personality traits suited for each.

Rather than make a choice based on salary growth, make the choice basis what you enjoy and your strengths. Will work out better in long run. For e.g do you enjoy getting into details? Do you enjoy understanding how things work at the back end? Product may be a better choice.
Or, do you enjoy understanding how things make money? Do you enjoy interacting with people (most business roles have component of external stakeholder management) - business roles will be better suited.
The questions here are generic just to give an idea on how to get started. But your framework of evaluation needs a rethink, basis my experience.
