Growth Options in PMO

I am frustrated with kinds of Projects I have been onboarded as PMO resource, the work is mostly monitoring ,tracking and presenting the updates .Learning is negligible and I feel the growth is slow considering my work ex ( 5 yrs ) . I have been recommended PMP certification but at EY I see PMP certified folks getting the same work what I am doing .

I am not learning any new skill and exposure to work on tools like Jira or tech platform like SAP etc are limited.

Have tried looking for opportunities outside but haven't received response from the recruiters
