Growth Opportunities in Human Resources - TA
How does the growth in human resource industry for someone starting as a talent acquisition specialist looks like ? What all things can be done to upskill and what salary expectations should one have in different phases of career.
Talent acquisition is not a great space to be in IMHO. The risk of automation and layoff is highest is TA. Growth paths include growing to be TA head, driving volume hiring for organisations and even becoming a campus recruiter. It’s also possible to move to HRBP roles which have TA components in their job.
Absolutely true ..i can feel the pinch of this phase of recession pretty hard ...not only because of the incessant layoffs but the AI that will be taking over our jobs . And also to add the fierce competition which we are facing right now .. IMO it would be better to transition to a HRBP role to be on a safer side
