Oh I work in a startup. The drawback is when we have a technical problem it takes days to solve them since there is no expertise in the software field. I thought if I work in a company who already has their learning set it wouldn't take time to solve technical errors cause people have already done it and they can help me out. They have already built their expertise. This technical expertise is lacking in my environment
